Access to Spa
Appointment :
Please allow at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. The receptionist will let you know when your spa treatment will begin (we are not taking account of the time allotted to undressing and showering.) If you are late for an appointment, we can not penalize the next appointed client, therefore the time allotted to your spa treatment will be reduced, in accordance with Villa Thalgo spa etiquette.
Le Sesame :
Upon your arrival, a "sesame'' will be handed to you depending on your activity program in the spa to access to the locker room. This "sesame" is specified with a name and strictly personal. A deposit is requested upon reception of the "Sesame" and returned when you give back the sesame at the reception desk.
Linen and towels :
Slippers, a robe and a towel are available in the changing room in your locker. When you are ready to leave, kindly put back the linen in your locker. You are responsible for the linen and towels that you use.
Swimsuits :
For your own comfort, we suggest that you wear a swimsuit when visiting the pool Spa and the hammam. A swimsuit dryer is available for you in the changing room.
Personal effects :
We suggest that you lock your personal effects in your locker. The resort cannot be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of personal effects inside the spa.
Treatments, equipments and fitness activities
Age requirement:
Spa treatments, Aquagym and fitness facilities are open to guests over 16.
Health :
Please advise us if you have any specific medical problems, (allergies, injuries, blood circulation problems,...) or if you are pregnant. Certain treatments could be contra-indicated. A medical certificate will be requested upon registration to access aquagym and fitness facilities.
Subscriptions :
Cannot be postponed if you are taking a vacation or if you are ill.
The Sea Minerals Hammam : We are recommending not to stay more than 15 minutes in the hammam without rehydrating. The Hammam is co-ed. Swimsuits are therefore mandatory when attending this facility.
Spa etiquette :
To ensure the resort tranquility, the use of cell phones is prohibited. Prior to any body spa treatment, pool access, as well as hammam access, a mandatory shower is requested. Smoking and Alcohol are strictly prohibited.
Massages :
These spa body cares are well-being and relaxation treatments. They are not therapeutic, nor medicalized, Except for the Therapeutic Massage which is performed by a licensed physical therapist.
